Do you allow returns?

Yes — we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition if we receive them within 14 days of delivery.
Every order includes a pre-printed returns label to make returning your items easy.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) are dispatched on the next working day.


How long does delivery take?

UK Delivery Options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 business days — FREE

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 business days — Paid upgrade


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.


Is a returns label included?

Yes — each order comes with a pre-printed returns label inside your package for a smooth returns process.


Can I exchange an item?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll put it right immediately.
