At Duodu London, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returning your item is simple and stress-free.

Returns

• You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
• Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Return

We include a pre-printed returns label inside every package to make returns easy.

1. Locate the returns label included in your parcel.
2. Repack your item(s) securely in their original packaging.
3. Attach the returns label to the parcel.
4. Drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return arrives with us, it will be inspected within 3–5 working days.
• If approved, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
