Where We Ship

We currently ship across the UK only using Royal Mail’s reliable tracked services.

If Something Goes Wrong

Royal Mail does a great job, but delays can happen—especially during busy seasons or due to weather. If your parcel seems late or tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, just drop us a message within 3 working days and we’ll help get it sorted.

Busy Periods

Around peak times (like November–December), things move a little slower. Processing or delivery may take an extra day or two, so ordering early is always a good idea.
